About the Role:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining software applications and systems that support our next-generation diagnostic tools. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team of engineers, scientists, and researchers to develop innovative solutions that improve animal health and welfare.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain software applications and systems that support our next-generation diagnostic tools.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop innovative solutions that improve animal health and welfare.
• Design and develop both front-end and back-end solutions.
• Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to the team.
• Ensure the scalability, reliability, and security of software applications and systems.
• Troubleshoot and debug software applications and systems as needed.
• Continuously improve software development processes and methods.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in software development, with a proven track record in both front-end and back-end development.
• Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other front-end technologies.
• Experience with back-end development frameworks such as Node.JS, Express, Flask, or Django.
• Knowledge of databases such as MySQL, MongoDB, or PostgreSQL.
• Experience with cloud-based solutions such as AWS or Google Cloud Platform.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
