Job Title: UK Lead Sales Representative - Micron Agritech

Position Overview: Join our dynamic team as a Sales Representative responsible for driving sales within the UK territory. Reporting to our Commercial Director, you will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and promoting our innovative rapid testing technologies. This role involves extensive travel and requires a full and valid driver's license.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct physical visits to existing customers within the designated territory.
- Present and demonstrate the Micron Agritech rapid testing range, highlighting features and benefits.
- Generate and process orders, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients through market research and networking.
- Collaborate with the Ireland based sales team to meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.
- Provide feedback and insights from the field to contribute to product development and marketing strategies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the agricultural or animal health sector.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers and stakeholders.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities, with a track record of closing deals and achieving targets.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Flexibility to travel extensively within the territory with a full and valid driver's license.
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred but not required.
