Head of Commercial Operations
Micron Agritech is transforming animal health with rapid, AI-powered diagnostics that help vets and farmers make better treatment decisions in minutes - not days. As we expand across Europe and roll out new diagnostic products, we’re looking for a high-impact Head of Commercial Operations to lead our sales, customer success, and support functions.
This senior leadership role blends revenue strategy, team management, and customer experience. You’ll be responsible for hitting growth targets while ensuring we deliver exceptional value and service to every customer—from large veterinary groups to individual farm stores.
🔑 What You’ll Own
Sales & Revenue Leadership
- Set, track, and deliver ambitious sales and retention targets across markets.
- Build and optimise forecasting models, reporting frameworks, and pipeline management processes.
- Lead commercial planning for new product launches and market entries.
Customer Success & Support
- Own the full customer lifecycle—from onboarding and training to renewal and support.
- Define and implement scalable processes that ensure high customer satisfaction and low churn.
- Oversee the support function, including KPIs, SLAs, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Team Management & Development
- Manage and grow a high-performing sales and customer success team.
- Establish clear goals, performance metrics, and training programs.
- Foster a culture of accountability, learning, and customer obsession.
Cross-Functional Execution
- Collaborate closely with Product, R&D, and Marketing to align go-to-market strategy and customer feedback loops.
- Influence product roadmap and pricing strategy with insights from customers and the field.
🧠 What You Bring
- 5+ years of experience in sales, commercial operations, or customer success, ideally in a tech, SaaS, or life sciences company.
- Proven track record of delivering revenue growth while building and scaling commercial teams.
- Strong analytical mindset - comfortable working with CRM tools, data dashboards, and forecasting models.
- Natural leader and coach who builds trust and performance in their team.
- Deep understanding of what makes great customer experience - from onboarding to ongoing support.
- Bonus: Experience working in or selling to animal health, diagnostics, or agritech industries.
